Every wish you could add elements to your card that really complimented or accentuated the beautiful Designer Series Paper that Stampin’ Up! makes? Well in today’s short video I walk you through steps to “transform” a plain holly leaf into a leaf that more closely resembles those used on the DSP from the card.
Although this was a Christmas Card, the concept works for any season and any DSP. In the video I also tell you briefly how a blender pen can be used for a similar affect. Take a quick peak and let me know what you think. While you are at it, you can also subscribe to my blog and to my YouTube channel. (I need you to hold me accountable to posting more in the new year and your “subscribes” will motivate me). 🙂
Thanks for joining me in the Creative Treehouse! I’m so glad you dropped by today.
This video was part one of “How to Mimic DSP” so stay tuned for at least one more part later this year. Before that, I should have some other videos coming out with techniques and other things to share with you.
