As you probably know by now, I LOVE to color and the Stampin’ Blends are the perfect coloring tool. After stamping the large flower image from the Blessings of Home bundle in Early Espresso, I used a handful of these alcohol markers to color the image. There is a die in the bundle that cuts out the flower image. After cutting out the flower image, I popped it up on Dimensionals onto a piece of Crumb Cake that was sponge daubered to look like a piece of worn or antiqued paper. Since I stamped the image on Very Vanilla cardstock, I thought the edges stood out too much. So, I also daubered the edges of the stamped image with Crumb Cake ink to soften the contrast.
The background blue is a piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock that was stamped with Misty Moonlight ink with one of the background stamps from the Hostess Stamp Set, Natural Textures. The Misty Moonlight piece is adhered to the card base which is Night of Navy cardstock. I colored some of the White Crinkled Ribbon with the Dark Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blend then adhered it to the card with a glue dot. I also added just a touch of bling with Brushed Metallic Adhesive-backed Dots.
I hope you like my card creation and it inspires you to create one for yourself. I’ll post the products that I used in case you want to know all the specifics. If you don’t already have a demonstrator, you can click on any of the products and purchase them from my online Stampin’Up! store.
Happy paper crafting!

The image stamped in Early Espresso on Very Vanilla card looks beautiful, Robin … and you have coloured the floral spray to perfection! Love the background you created on the Misty Moonlight panel, too. A gorgeous card. 🙂
Thank you so much, Christine! 😊
