The new Gorgeous Garden dies are great for making quick and easy cards. These dies do not have a coordinating stamp set. They are perfect on their own and really make your card stand out. The set comes with 2 different dies. One die is a leaf die that is pictured above. The second die is a floral die. They are both so easy to use.
For the card above, I used Lost Lagoon cardstock for the cut out. For the layering piece underneath, I used a piece of the “Hello, Irresistible” 6 x 6 DSP. The Lost Lagoon paper is adhered to the DSP with a thin layer of Liquid Glue on the edges and then randomly on some of the leaves. The sentiment is stamped in Lost Lagoon ink onto Soft Seafoam cardstock. I popped the sentiment up on dimensionals. Before I send this card, I think I will add some embellishments for some added bling.
Undoubtedly, the color combinations are endless. You could color on the cardstock once it has been cut out. You could use the die ask a template, creating a reverse image. Let your imagination go wild with this new set. I would love to see what you decide to create with these dies!
