Painted Stripes Meets Textured Notes

It was time to try out my new Painted Stripes background stamp. So, I decided to pair it with the Textured Notes stamp set. I put the card together on my Thursday night LIVE in the Creative Treehouse. Each week during the LIVE, I let the viewers help pick out the colors and other components of the card we make.

There were three color choices for the viewers; Pretty in Pink, Petunia Pop and Basic Gray. Basic Gray was the winner. After the LIVE I put the other two color choices together ending up with three different cards. All three Painted Stripes cards follow the monochromatic theme. Which color do you like the best?

The cards were fairly simple to make. I did fussy cut out the leaves and the circular woven piece after they were stamped. On two of the cards I used white heat embossing for the sentiment. I’ll put all of the supplies that I used down below. Some of them are retiring soon (like the bough punch). But hopefully, you’ve already secured yours to include in your stash.
