Sending Christmas Wishes

The beautiful Traditions of Christmas Specialty Designer Series paper it the star of the show for these Sending Christmas Wishes Christmas Cards. Not surprisingly, the paper has been a hit this season and has been out of stock more than it has been in stock. Currently, as I write this, the paper is back in stock. What makes these Christmas cards so quick to create is the fact that there are dies that cut out various designs from the paper. The two floral clusters you see on the cards I cut out with the Greenery Dies (see dies here). In addition, the little gold ribbon (on the righthand card) is also part of that wonderful die set.

Which One?

Which card is your favorite? The design was featured on my YouTube LIVE on Thursday. The viewers chose the Basic White background over the Real Red background. I think either one works well on the Old Olive card base. But, I would love to know which one you like the best.

Almost all of my cards have something “extra” added to them. In this case, I took an Old Olive marker and colored the edge of the Traditional Labels Dies. To me, it seemed to make a nice frame around the die and offered contrast between the white and the surrounding colors.
