This time of year there are usually lots of celebrations going on. For special celebrations, a shaker card seems like the perfect type of interactive gift.
During the month of May this year, we celebrated my daughter’s graduation from graduate school and my downline’s 4 year anniversary with Stampin’ Up!, in addition to her advancement to the title of Silver. Both of these awesome people deserve a round of applause and a fun card to capture the joy of their accolades.
If you’ve never given a shaker card a try, hopefully this will be your inspiration and the motivation you need to throw a little confetti around (contained of course!) And if it’s been awhile since you’ve had the pleasure of making a shaker card, perhaps today is your day. š
I recently published a video where I walk you through the steps of making a shaker card. In the video, I put the blue card together (the one for my special team member). You mainly need a small piece of window sheet as well as some foam adhesive strips to turn your ordinary card into a shaker card.
